Cross-org workflow stories readers actually finish
By Mira Han
Start with the customer-visible outcome, then walk backward to the workflow change in plain verbs. Readers tolerate complexity if they trust you are not hiding behind jargon.
We use a caption lab to compress dense topics under ninety words. The exercise is painful for teams used to slide decks, which is why we do it live.
Diagrams can accompany posts, but the post still needs a readable spine. We practice rewriting diagram bullets into two sentences a peer could repeat.
If your workflow touches sensitive suppliers, we keep names out and rely on anonymized patterns. That reduces specificity but preserves integrity.
