Cancellation Policy

Questions: welcome@attach-zone.one

Process

Cancellation requests must be emailed to welcome@attach-zone.one with your booking reference, participant name, and program name. We will confirm receipt and outline any fees or credits per this policy.

If you purchased through a third party, that party’s process may apply concurrently; we will coordinate as permitted by contract.

Partial cancellations for multi-session programs require explicit agreement on how remaining sessions will be handled.

Contact

For cancellation and billing questions, contact welcome@attach-zone.one. Include sufficient detail to locate your booking without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

If you dispute a charge, follow the process here and include any reference numbers from your payment provider.

We may request identity verification before processing refunds to prevent fraud.

Timeframe

For eligible cancellations at least fourteen days before the first scheduled session start time in Korea Standard Time, we will refund amounts already paid, less any explicitly non-refundable deposits stated in your order.

Refunds are typically processed within fourteen business days after approval, using the original payment method where possible.

If the payment method no longer supports refunds, we will coordinate an alternative reasonable method.

Eligibility

Eligibility depends on the notice window, whether services have already been rendered, and whether custom non-refundable components were disclosed at purchase.

Cancellations inside fourteen days before the first session are generally not eligible for full refunds, but we may offer credit toward a future date where scheduling allows and at our discretion.

No-show without notice is not eligible for refund or credit.

Scope

This policy applies to workshop programs and advisory packages sold directly by Summit Profile Atelier through attach-zone.one unless a separate written agreement states different terms.

Third-party marketplaces or enterprise procurement channels may impose additional rules.

Taxes, wire fees, or currency conversion costs charged by intermediaries may be non-refundable even when program fees are refunded.

Exceptions

If we cancel a session due to facilitator illness, force majeure, or insufficient enrollment, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

If you cannot attend due to documented emergencies, we may offer credit on a case-by-case basis; documentation standards will be reasonable and privacy-respecting.

Customized deliverables already completed, such as bespoke audits delivered electronically, may be non-refundable once delivered.

Partial performance

If a multi-session program began before cancellation, fees may be allocated to completed sessions and preparatory work at stated day rates in your proposal.

Materials delivered before cancellation may remain subject to licensing terms in the Terms of Use even if fees are partially refunded.

Allocation disputes will be resolved in good faith with written reasoning.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may pause future services until the dispute is resolved and may provide evidence of delivery to the payment processor.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay resolution and forfeit goodwill credits otherwise available.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future bookings.

Credits

Where we issue credits instead of refunds, credits typically expire twelve months from issuance unless stated otherwise.

Credits are non-transferable except where required by law or agreed in writing for corporate reorganizations.

Credits cannot be redeemed for cash unless mandatory law requires.

Consumer rights (Korea)

Consumers in Korea may have rights under the Framework Act on Consumers, the Act on Electronic Commerce, and related regulations, including rights related to withdrawal of subscription offers where applicable.

Certain customized services may fall under exceptions to withdrawal where performance has begun with consent; we will disclose any such limitations at purchase where required.

For questions about statutory rights, you may contact Korea Consumer Agency resources or qualified counsel.

Recordkeeping

We retain cancellation and refund records as needed for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution consistent with our Privacy Statement.

Records may include emails, invoices, and internal notes describing decisions.

You may request a summary of your refund status by emailing welcome@attach-zone.one from the original booking email where possible.

Interaction with other policies

This Cancellation Policy should be read with the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement. Conflicts will be resolved in favor of the more specific provision for the subject matter.

Updates to this policy will be posted with a revised last-updated date. Purchases made after updates are governed by the updated policy unless otherwise agreed.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory rights.
